great central stay
attentive staff breakfast options comfortable bed helpful staff
the breakfast staff were very attentive and friendly the breakfast had extra options like different hams and cheeses warm bread rolls and even a boiled egg i particularly enjoyed the very comfortable beds and the cleanliness the staff were very helpful.
the lift was small

the staff at reception were lovely and helpful they were responsive to requests and addressed all inquiries efficiently the reception area offered complimentary coffee throughout the day. the team was generally very professional.

the hotel had a lift to access all floors however the elevator was a bit small a luggage storage service was available for early arrivals or late departures free wifi was accessible throughout the premises.

a charming stay!
central location warm roll super clean room attentive staff
the location felt wonderfully central. the breakfast spread offered lovely warm bread rolls. the room included everything i needed, it was super clean too. i found the staff very attentive and friendly, a welcome atmosphere!
the elevator seemed unusually tiny, a slight inconvenience.

the room included tea and coffee making facilities it was cleaned daily too. the staff were helpful with directions i found. breakfast had a good selection i noticed. i definitely plan to return for another visit.
the elevator was a bit small which could be tricky with luggage.

okay experience
great location friendly staff clean room small room cold breakfast limited options
the location is quite good near hyde park. cafes and shops are close by. i found the metro station and bus stations within five minutes of walking.
the rooms felt small and cramped. breakfast did not have many options. the lack of variety became noticeable .
